Spirit of the Pacific Islands, based in Hamilton, Ohio since 2001, is owned and directed by Francesca Anching Trego. Because of our deep desire to actively bring awareness of the Pacific Islands’ rich culture, history and people, we offer professional authentic dance performances and educational presentations to ethnic events, fairs, schools, family reunions, weddings, corporate events, trade shows, radio/television shows, nursing and retirement homes and luaus for privately held companies and homes. Born on the island of Guam, Francesca has been performing professionally for over 25+ years, and teaches the dances of the Micronesian, Melanesian and Polynesian Islands, encompassing the islands of the Pacific Rim. 

We bring the full flavor of the Pacific Islands with authentic dances, dress and music, customizing client’s needs with hula, Tahitian, Samoan and the Maori poi. Unique to the mid-west, Spirit of the Pacific Islands brings the tropics to you. Audience participation is encouraged!
