Big Daddy Blue has been a part of the Columbus music scene since 1984, providing great music for listening and dancing at hundreds of corporate events, wedding receptions, and social gatherings of all types. Big Daddy Blue is highly experienced, accommodating, flexible, customer service oriented and client friendly. In addition to musical services, the groups will set up equipment prior to the guest arrival at your event, provide music on breaks, dress to fit the event (casual to black tie) and emcee services for announcements. Versatile Big Daddy Blue plays an outstanding mix of musical styles including danceable Sinatra-type swing, contemporary smooth jazz, popular funk, rhythm and blues, 80’s dance, Motown and rock; this group of veteran musicians can do it all with style and flair.
Customizable This group is unique in that they can vary in size of the band in order to adapt to space, sound, or budget restrictions. Additional optional services include adding a DJ during band breaks (or before or after the band) or a soloist, duo or trio for music during cocktails/dinner.
